Natasha Diment

Specialisation: Sports Rehabilitation

Natasha was born in Truro in beautiful Cornwall educated at Truro High School.

It was living near the sea she loved swimming and swam competitively for the county before being scouted for triathlons at 16 and then competing in elite races up to the age of 19.

It was competitive sport that inspired Natasha to decide on working with athletes and sports injuries graduating from University of West of England in 2013 in Sports Injury Management and Rehabilitation.

Tash loves working in the sporting environment and worked in the professional rugby arena with Gloucester Rugby Club as a sports rehabilitation and injury prevention therapist and during this time she also worked at Bristol Rovers Football Club Academy in sports rehabilitation for 2 years.  Team sports and the treatment of the players getting them fit and keeping them fit is Natasha’s passion and has been head club ‘physio’ at Clifton Rugby Club for 3 years, joining The House Clinics in 2015.

Tash uses manual techniques and is very much a hands on specialises in sports injuries particularly the shoulder and knee. She also has a keen interest in advising on exercise programmes not just to rehabilitate from injury but also to maintain the fitness.

Natasha is a keen sportsman and exceptionally fit enjoys running, swimming, cycling and racket sports she plays squash and tennis If this is not enough has now started climbing.  Current training is to complete her second full marathon.

Relaxing as expected nothing boring she loves exploring different area of the world recently seen in Cuba with a large cigar or reading Sir Clive Woodward s book Winning.  If not working, training or traveling Tash can be found people watching enjoying Bristols’ cafe coffee culture or wine tasting in Majestic on the third Thursday of the month.
